Hi BIO FIT team,
This week I wanted to challenge you all with a task. Not a crazy task but a fulfilling task. We are all on a mission to better our health and minds. This week, I want you to try to read at least 1 chapter in a book you’ve been trying to read all year, do 20 push-ups a day, 20 lunges a day (both legs), out loud tell yourself what you are grateful for in yourself and your surroundings, and write down your meals in a journal or an app to keep track of those nutrients you are taken in daily. At the end of the week, I want you to check back into your first day and see how far you came with just those tiny adjustments.
